Mentoring Session Unit Records

Project I was invited to contribute to the Alpha-Edition Mentoring Program, an initiative developed by Unit Records to support and coach young talents in their artistic and professional development. For the third session, I had the opportunity to speak with the artists about the crucial topic of fundraising. Drawing from my experience as a musician and cultural manager, as well as my involvement in several festivals across Switzerland and my role as a board member of SONART, I shared insights and practical approaches to help them navigate the financial side of building a sustainable artistic career. It was inspiring to connect with such a talented group of Alpha-Edition artists: Emmanuelle Bonnet, Nancy Meier – Nancelott, Annina Mossoni – alpha-ray, Clara Vetter, Charlotte Lang, Elia Aregger, Vincent Rigling – strukturstruktur, Sofia Will – VOLO, Maurice Storrer, Justin Zitt – FRIGO, Clarissa Forster, Alain Métrailler
